We focus on empowering youth entrepreneurs, strengthening agriculture—especially coffee cultivation—and building sustainable community-driven businesses.

After enrolling in our wholesale and retail empowerment programs, her product was selected to be featured at Hari Koperasi Negara 2022 in Kuala Lumpur. COGRAD’s professional booth management and promotional support gave her the exposure she needed—leading to a surge in product demand. Within weeks, Siti Hatta saw her sales triple, and she secured partnerships with wellness boutiques and cooperative stores. Today, beyond running her own business, she also contributes back to the community by coaching other budding entrepreneurs through COGRAD's events and workshops. A dedicated member of COGRAD from Manjung, started his journey with only 300 Robusta coffee seedlings provided through our nursery program. With guidance from COGRAD's agricultural consultants and participation in our technical trainings, he expanded his small plot into a fully productive coffee mini-farm. Today, not only does he supply ripe coffee cherries for our buyback program, but he has also launched his own roasted coffee product under a local brand. His beans are now retailed through COGRAD’s physical store and featured at cooperative exhibitions. Aidhil credits the cooperative’s mentorship, access to quality seedlings, and exposure at national agro-expos as key to transforming his side project into a profitable rural enterprise.
